home to Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Now the hotel

The “Villa
Cipriani” is a perfect starting-point for excursions as for
example to the famous Villa Barbaro in Maser, which was built
during 1550 and 1560 by the great Italian architect Andrea Palladio
and decorated with its terrific frescoes by Paolo Veronese.
