All rooms provide highest comfort and marble bathrooms. In the palazzo the rooms are tastefully furnished in traditional Lombardian and Venetian style of the period around 1780 respectively 1850, while the guest rooms in the two residences are decorated in English country style.

The Arzaga SPA by Clarins, reopened in March 2012, offers a wide range of treatments focusing on wellness, relaxation, massage, anti-aging, weight-loss, fitness and beauty. The 18 holes, Par 72 Championship Golf Course "Arzaga I", was designed by Jack Nicklaus II, while the 9-hole course, Arzaga II, was designed by Gary Player. Arzaga's Golf Academy is the first Teaching & Learning Centre of the PGA of Europe in Italy. Embedded into the hilly landscape, the Arzaga golf courses have been planned in different ways with the attempt that beginners as well as professional player can enjoy the game.
