Fisher joins Federal-Mogul from Honeywell International Inc., formerly AlliedSignal Inc. During his six-year tenure with Honeywell, he held the position of director, communications - Friction Materials Group, and previously, director, public relations - Automotive Sector Headquarters. Prior to this, Fisher served in public relations at Case Corporation and has held managerial positions in public relations and communications with United Technologies Automotive.

Fisher earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Central Michigan University. He is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
