Deutsche Bank to sell Groga-Beteiligungsgesellschaft shares Hella new LEONI shareholder Hella KG Hueck & Co., Lippstadt, has taken over from Deutsche Bank one third of the shares in the Groga-Beteiligungsgesellschaft (Groga investment company), which owns 17.05 % interest in LEONI AG, Nuremberg. The automotive supplier Hella and LEONI have been closely co-operating for a number of years which resulted in the joint venture of Intedis GmbH (Integrated Electronic Distribution Systems) in 2001. Both companies participate with equal shares in the Wurzburg based company for the development of innovative wiring systems. Besides Hella, the Nürnberger Versicherungsgruppe have a two third holding in Groga. The remaining 83 % per cent LEONI shares are in free float. The Hella takeover of the Groga shares will be legally effective subject to the approval of the Federal Cartel Office. (June 27, 2002) [Homepage] [
