Visteon Corporation Names Glenda Minor as General Auditor Dearborn, Mich. - Visteon Corporation has named Glenda J. Minor as General Auditor. Minor comes to Visteon with 22 years of finance and accounting experience, including planning and conducting audits, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance positions. "Glenda has the financial and accounting background that will help Visteon with all of our internal financial and operational audits," said Dan Coulson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Visteon Corporation. "Glenda will be reporting directly to me and brings with her a depth of knowledge of the automotive industry that will serve our team well." Minor will be responsible for Visteon's internal audit organization, globally, as well as for coordination of the corporation's internal control activities. Prior to her new role, Minor served as Finance Director for Product Development Finance at DaimlerChrysler, a position she held since 1996. She also has held various senior management positions with Chrysler Corporation. Minor began her career in 1978 at General Motors, where she stayed until 1987 when she joined General Dynamics Corporation. Minor holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La., and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University's Broad School of Business in East Lansing, Mich.
