Dana Corporation Named One of the Worlds 100 Best-Managed Companies by IndustryWeek Magazine for Third Consecutive Year / Company also honored as Best of the Best in Automotive Industries survey

Toledo, Ohio - Dana Corporation has been named one of the "World's 100 Best-Managed Companies" for the third consecutive year by IndustryWeek magazine. Dana was recognized for its emphasis on global growth, technology, and employee education. The list will be featured in the August 21 issue.

"That Dana has earned this recognition for a third consecutive year is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Dana people worldwide. Their relentless focus on technology, innovation, and consumer value is essential to our continued growth, and to the continuing successes of Dana customers," said Dana Chairman and CEO Joe Magliochetti.

In July, Dana was recognized as one of "the best of the best" among automotive suppliers by Automotive Industries magazine in its Quest for Excellence Survey. Dana's Structural Products group was honored in the Chassis/Suspension Systems category for "consistently high rankings in the areas of quality, price, delivery, service/response, and innovation."

Earlier this year, Dana was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of "America's Most-Admired Companies," ranking in the top ten of the automotive category.
