Dana Corporation Recognizes Its Top Suppliers for 1999 / Company Introduces Program for Suppliers to Utilize Dana University

Audi: Modifications to TT sports cars: Easier to control close to the stability limits; no charge for modifications

Ford requires worldwide suppliers to achieve ISO 14001 certification

COLOGNE, October 10, 1999 – In another example of Ford Motor Company's environmental leadership, the automaker is requiring ISO 14001 certification from all of its suppliers with manufacturing facilities. ISO 14001 is an environmental standard under which independent auditors evaluate environmental processes and system performance.

General Motors Names Mays Chemical Company Premier Worldwide Supplier Of 1998

INDIANAPOLIS, August 2, 1999- For the sixth time in seven years, executives at General Motors have named Mays Chemical as one of its premier worldwide suppliers for 1998.

GM also awarded Mays the QSP Award for excellence in quality, service and price. The awards will be presented to Mays Chemical President Bill Mays by Allison Transmission President Dan Hancock on August 3 at Mays Chemical headquarters, 5611 E. 71st Street in Indianapolis. Hancock represented General Motors at the ceremony.
