“La Pina” will be Umbrella Girl for the Fiat Yamaha Team at Le Mans

The well-known Italian rapper and radio presenter, La Pina, will be one of the FIAT Yamaha Team umbrella girls at the French Moto Gp scheduled for this weekend (19-20 May) on the historic Le Mans circuit.

On race day the Italian dj will be seen in the role of umbrella girl, waiting at the rider’s side on the grid during that nail-biting time before the start of the French GP. At Le Mans, La Pina will be flanking Texan rider Colin Edwards, known to motorbike fans as the “Texas Tornado”.

An icon of the hip hop culture set, La Pina will be the first of a whole line-up of special guests from the world of music and entertainment who will take turns in playing the intriguingly original part of umbrella girl for the FIAT Yamaha Team,at some of the upcoming stages of the world Moto GP championship.

This original initiative from the FIAT Yamaha Team highlights the fact that Fiat Automobiles Spa aims to network with fans of the “two-wheel circus” by bringing in icons of those young people who typically follow the Moto Gp with most attention and passion.
