Italian niche sports car ANTAS
participated at the Drivers' Parade in Le Mans
Since 1923 the people of Le Mans and
enthusiasts everywhere have become aficionados of fast and
stylish machinery. They have seen the best of the best on the
streets and on the track that is a piece of motoring history.
They are not fooled by the sham or the amateur in their motoring
tastes.

The golden age of speed and style has
presented the cutting edge products of designers and factories
on the Mulsanne Straight and in the cobbled streets of this
medieval town.

Every purist has their favorite marque but the
true enthusiast recognizes the combination of form and function that the
great cars possess have possessed over the years.
On June 15th the Drivers' Parade took to the
streets of Le Mans and it soon became clear that a car built in tribute
to the great carrozzeria of the golden age had captured the hearts of
the spectators.
Crowds gathered everywhere to admire the
flowing and truly unique lines of the Antas, to puzzle over its source
and to applaud the bravura result of the designer's imagination. |
At a reception held in the evening spectators
were witness to a new tradition - the choice of the Lady of Le Mans as a
passenger in the Antas. Plans are now being made to introduce the Antas
supercar to Middle Eastern enthusiasts.
