Chrysler Giving an All-New 2008 Chrysler
Sebring Convertible to the Winner of the 2007 Ginn Open; Ride
and Drive Program Will Raise Funds for Florida Storm Victims
For the second year in a row the winner
of the Ginn Open will drive away in America's favorite
convertible, courtesy of Chrysler. In addition, attendees of the
LPGA event can raise money for the Red Cross and the Florida
Children's Hospital each time they test drive a Chrysler vehicle
during the tournament, being held at the Ginn Reunion Resort, in
Reunion, Fla., April 9-15. Chrysler, which is one of the
founding sponsors of the Ginn Open and is its official
automotive sponsor, is giving an all-new 2008 Chrysler Sebring
Convertible to the tournament's winner.
.
“The all-new Chrysler Sebring Convertible is now better than
ever,” said Dave Rooney, Director – Chrysler Marketing and
Global Communications. “It offers the unprecedented combination
of unmistakable road presence, athletic handling and innovative
technologies, as well as plenty of room for people and gear. In
fact, the all-new Sebring Convertible is the only retractable
hard top in the segment that can pass the two-golf-bag test.”
The donations to the Red Cross and Florida Children's Hospital
will help them provide assistance to the residents of Lady Lake,
Fla. The area was hit by severe storms and tornadoes in February
that killed 21 people and destroyed hundreds of homes. Chrysler
is donating $5 on behalf of each person who test drives a
Chrysler vehicle during the Ginn Open. Test drives are open to
all individuals with a valid driver's license and are 18 yrs or
older. The test drive program will be open to the public April
12-15 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
