The only replica version of
the car built to celebrate the five-millionth Rover is being offered for
sale by MG Rover Direct from its Longbridge located site. The
five-millionth car and the replica were built in July 2003 specified as a
Rover 75 2.5-litre V6 Saloon, painted in a special Aubergine supertallic
paint finish.
The Aubergine paint finish is
one of the latest developments in paint technology with chroma crystal
effect pigments, producing a very high lustre, a strong glitter effect
with distinct shimmer. It is upholstered with unique Oyster leather and
Aubergine trim with Connoisseur SE specification that includes Hi-Line
satellite navigation and many additional top-of-the-range items that
combine to make this a very special Rover car.
