PSA Peugeot Citroën Launches €1 Billion Bond Issue

PSA Peugeot Citroën launches €1 Billion, ten-year bond issue. The issue enables the Group to take advantage of currently favorable long-term interest rates to increase its long-term capital and thereby strengthen its balance sheet.

The issue is being managed by a banking syndicate led by ABN Amro, Crédit Suisse First Boston, HSBC/CCF and JP Morgan.
