Ian Robertson New Chairman And Chief Executive For Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd.

Munich/Goodwood - The BMW Group has today appointed Ian Robertson (46) as Chairman and Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. Robertson will take over the role on February 1st, 2005 from Stefan Krause, member of the Board of BMW AG responsible for finance, who currently assumes the function.

Robertson has been Managing Director of BMW South Africa since 1999.
