Kim McGill, currently director of retail development at Cadillac, becomes marketing director for Cadillac's North American products. McGill replaces Susan Docherty, who will attend GM's Stanford Sloan Fellows Program in Palo Alto, Calif. The Stanford Sloan Fellowship is a one-year program limited to 50 students with representatives from around the world. While director of retail development, McGill successfully enrolled over 100 Cadillac dealers in a facility enhancement program. She also oversaw significant revisions to the dealer Standards For Excellence (SFE) program and certified pre-owned vehicle program, which lead to an overall increase in dealer and customer satisfaction. Kate Hardy, currently regional divisional marketing manager for Chevrolet in Naperville, IL, will replace McGill as director of retail development. Hardy began her career with General Motors in 1985 working for Oldsmobile in Boston, Mass. She has held various sales and marketing positions at Oldsmobile, GM Card and Cadillac, including, regional divisional marketing manager, manager of recognition programs, sales and promotion manager and regional administration manager.
