GM's Saturns feature dent-resistant polymer body panels. I would like the rest of the motor industry to incorporate such technology. The ussautomotive.com site seems to have information on dent-resistant steel. DaimlerChrysler's Smarts also seem to feature dent resistance as does the MG SV.

I think you have a winner with the Pontiac Solstice. Your back to basics, price point, and insistance on sporty lines are spot on! Wish I could have talked you into making the car fit my 6'2" frame before you started production, as that is the only problem that may nix my choice in the fall of 2005.

How can I E-mail the Chrysler corporation about problem, or Mitsubishi. Here in richmond, sales aren't UP that much. Compared to honda and ford. New mechanics, new products. I heard Mitsu dropped the Diamante. good choice and a bad choice. A new design would help. The 2003-04 model looks horable. Check me out.

I own a 87 conquest tsi, Ive invested $8,000 and I'm left without an engine. The repair shop and dealer tore it all up. Where can I get genuine parts at a low price. I also need a dependable autoshop. Some things you can't do yourself. She's a black beauty. I bought her for only $650. It's been two years all ready. I am highly dissapointed in Chrysler for discontinuing the parts. My ex turbo kicked out over 500hp at 25psi. Not an american V8, she's still a collectible. Besides I out ran Mustangs, Cougars and Civics in a Plymouth Laser turbo. Mustangs were too expensive at the time, so I chose the conquest over a 87 350 camaro. Body,Wheels and limited slip got me. A rare find. A little help is all I ask. Other than getting a job in the automotive industry as a designer. Well over 200 hundred designs. Thanx for your time. DMP the designer signing out.

We purchased a new Volkswagen in 2001 at Vic-Bailey top of the line PassetV-6 FOUR DOOR PAID twenty-thousands cash for this lemon. We have pay out of our pockets over three=thousands dollars. Our passet has just over 62,000 miles. THE problem was that coolants was going back to the computer and causing the paasat to stop running where we was at. Volkswagen agree to pay for the parts,we had to pay for the labor.Royal volkswagen put a new throtte plate in that cost us 900.00 dollars then classial volkswagen fix our passat for seconds time in three-weeks, this ccost another 1300.00 dollors. This was a problem that we didn't have any control over. VOLKSWAGEN NEED TO ADMIT THAT THIS IS AFACTORY PROBLEM AND ADJUST THE MONEY WE PAY TO HAVE THEIRMIX.

The concept Jeeps are tremendous! The experimental Jeep Journey with a 5.9L engine would look just about right in my garage/barn too. (Please add a real bumper though....) Yes, with hood vents, absolutely..... The homage to Willy's fame is not only great nostalgia for this fifty-something, but looks and reads like a really fun car. It would be nice to see more this kind of enthusiasm in your production models.

I can use the photos and info on the site but i was wondering if i would be able to get in contact with anyone who had something to do with the designing process for a couple of questions or anyone who owns/wants to own one? also would people be willing to asnwer a simple questionnaire about what they would llike to see in a women's car magazine and wether they would buy it or not? Cheers very much!!!

In 2001 my husband bought one of the first Terracan SUV's on the island. In 2003 it began malfunctioning and we were told that it needed an Idelespeed motor which cost $1,000.00. At the time we could not afford to purchase this part and thought that for a vehicle which was 2 years old this was indeed disappointing. I took the vehicle for a diagnostic check last week August 23rd and the findings were that the vehicle needed 2 breather hoses under the manifold replaced. I got the vehicle back and it is driving like new. Remember, though, I did not get the Idle speed motor changed. However I am being told that the vehicle needs the hydraulic control module with ABS computer because the ABS light is continually flashing and this will cost approx. $3,000.00 and also an airflow sensor which will cost approx. $1,000.00. Our view is that our vehicle is only 3 years old and should not be costing this exorbitant amounts of money to keep it in good working conditionand we are very upset. We have not received any good word from Motor Services - the dealer here on the island and we are asking you therefore to correspond with us with a view to letting us know if this is a regular occurance with this vehicle and perhaps advise us as to where we should go from here.
